Questions

Do I need other Qovela software?: No. Vouch for Shops works on its own.
How do my customers get in?: Upload a CSV or add customers as you finish each job. There are no software integrations today.
When does my customer earn their reward?: Their friend gets an offer on their own service. Your customer earns a reward (by default, a service credit) once the friend's work is completed and paid.
Will it annoy customers?: Messages are personal and low-frequency, and every email has a one-tap unsubscribe.
